Auction & Raffle Update: Online May 17-23; Drawing May 23rd

AUCTION & RAFFLE UPDATE

As you may be aware, our School’s Dinner Auction and Side-by-Side/Cash raffle are the school’s largest annual fundraiser. Since the stay-at-home and social distancing orders began in March, we have had to move our Auction and Raffle Online.  Please note the changes below.

THE ONLINE AUCTION WILL BE OPEN MAY 17 – MAY 23 

  • The Auction opens on Sunday, May 17th at 11:30 am and will close on Saturday, May 23rd at 8:30 pm.
  • You can pre-register and view items for the online auction as they are posted at https://bidpartner.net/sttimothys/
  • The Side by Side/Cash Raffle drawing will take place on Saturday, May 23rd at 9:00 pm on St. Timothy’s School Facebook Page via Facebook live.

Tune in to watch the winning ticket announced!  If you would still like to purchase a ticket, contact the school office at schooloffice@stimml.org or by calling (320) 963-3417.  You may also contact the Auction chairs at auction@churchofsttimothy.org Tickets may also be purchased at St. Timothy’s School during Office Hours on Mondays & Thursdays from 9am-12pm.  A big Thank You to Trueman Welters in Buffalo for partnering with us for this fun event! All money raised supports our Students!

*We ask that all Raffle tickets be turned in by Thursday, May 21st.  School Office Hours are Mondays & Thursdays from 9am-12pm.

*We are still in need of auction items. If you are planning to make a donation for the auction please reach out to a committee member to schedule a time to drop it off at the school, or you may drop it off during school office hours Mondays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm.
